Construction Certificate issued for Stage 1 of the the Illawarra International Health Precinct. All approvals have now been received from NSW Planning and Wollongong City Council enabling Blackett Magurie and Goldsmith (PCA) to issue the construction certificate today. Creative Director Christine Kelly stated this is a momentous day for this billion dollar project with stage 1 now ready to commence.
